Chin Mounts Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Introduction

Welcome to the Chin Mounts Affiliate Program, powered by Social Snowball. Affiliates are an important part of our community, and this program is designed to reward you for referring new customers to Chin Mounts products.

For the purposes of this agreement, “Chin Mounts” refers to CHIN MOUNTS LTD., the legal entity that owns and operates the program. By joining and participating, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility

  1. You must be at least 18 years old and have a valid method to receive payments.

  2. CHIN MOUNTS LTD. reserves the right to approve or deny any application at its sole discretion.

Program Participation

  1. Once approved, you will receive a unique referral link to share with potential customers.

  2. Referral tracking is only supported through link clicks. We do not track commissions through discount code usage. This ensures accurate attribution, as codes can be leaked or posted on coupon sites, resulting in false or inflated commissions.

  3. Commissions are earned only on qualifying sales that can be directly attributed to your referral link.

  4. Affiliates may not earn commissions on their own purchases.

  5. You are responsible for ensuring your marketing practices comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Commissions & Payments

  1. Commission rates may change at any time at the discretion of CHIN MOUNTS LTD. Affiliates will be notified of any adjustments.

  2. Commissions are only payable on successfully completed transactions. Orders that are canceled, refunded, or returned will not qualify.

  3. All commissions are subject to verification. Payments may be delayed or withheld if there is any need for investigation.

  4. Any commissions earned through fraudulent activity, illegal practices, or misleading marketing tactics will be voided.

  5. CHIN MOUNTS LTD. may suspend or withhold payments if an affiliate is suspected of violating these Terms & Conditions.

  6. Payout Details:

    • Commissions are paid monthly on the 1st of each month, or on the following business day if the 1st falls on a weekend or holiday.

    • All payments are made in USD via our payout partner Tremendous.

    • Affiliates can select their preferred payment method using the link emailed to them through Tremendous.

Coupon & Deal Site Restrictions

  1. Posting affiliate codes or links on coupon, discount, or deal websites (e.g., CouponBirds, Honey, etc.) is strictly prohibited.

  2. Affiliates found engaging in this practice will be immediately removed from the program and will forfeit any unpaid commissions.

  3. Affiliates are encouraged to notify CHIN MOUNTS LTD. of any unauthorized use of their codes for further investigation.

Prohibited Marketing Practices

Affiliates are prohibited from engaging in any of the following:

  • Bidding on “Chin Mounts” or related brand terms in paid search campaigns.

  • Sending unsolicited or spam emails/messages.

  • Making false, misleading, or deceptive claims about Chin Mounts or its products.

  • Using offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content in promotions.

  • Any activity that could harm the reputation of CHIN MOUNTS LTD.

Violations of these rules may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

Intellectual Property

  1. Affiliates may use CHIN MOUNTS LTD. promotional assets (logos, product images, copy, etc.) only as provided and may not alter them without prior written approval.

  2. All marketing materials must represent the Chin Mounts brand respectfully and in alignment with our brand guidelines.

Taxes & Responsibility

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes due on commissions received through the program. CHIN MOUNTS LTD. will not withhold or provide tax advice on affiliate payments.

Data & Privacy

  1. Affiliates must comply with all applicable data protection and privacy regulations (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and equivalent laws).

  2. Affiliates may not misuse customer data obtained through their marketing activities.

  3. Any breach of data or privacy rules may result in termination from the program.

Termination

  1. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice.

  2. Upon termination, you must immediately stop using all CHIN MOUNTS LTD. branding, marketing materials, referral codes, and links.

Limitation of Liability

CHIN MOUNTS LTD. will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including lost profits, revenue, or data) arising from your participation in the Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of British Columbia, Canada.

Amendments

CHIN MOUNTS LTD. reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the program following any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Agreement

By participating in the Chin Mounts Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. Violations may result in termination from the program and forfeiture of any unpaid commissions.
