The mount is well made, but due to the large central air intake design of the AX9 and the somewhat downward slope, there are some issues. 1) due to the small surface are the mount has to adhere to, the chin mount extends below the helmet, reducing the ability to look down - it hits you chest when you try to look straight down. 2) Because of the small size of the mount, it seems that several of my GoPro clips aren't stay stable in the mount, while some do - the Chinmount one I also bought holds nicely, but extends well past the mount, further reducing ability to look down. 3) Due to the slope vent of the AX9, you really have to have decent extension to have it away from the helmet simply to have it pointing forward rather than downward. Keep in mind a lot of this has to do with the AX9 helmet design. Chinmount has done a good job of designing around AVG's very well ventilated helmet, but it seems that more limits are place on movement that I like when using it.

Best mount available for this helmet by far. I used to use this cheap strap one that went over the vent and was strapped thru the visor. I didn't like that one since I couldn't close the visor and the wind kept getting in my eyes. This mount is perfectly shaped to fit the AX9 and the best part is that you can still manipulate the vent switch since they left room for it. Amazing work, I'll be coming back for my next helmet.

Maybe i have the wrong attachment for my GoPro but it doesn't offer a lot of adjustability, might not be the mounts fault. Just because i can't place the camera how i want, i gave it 4 stars.

great

this chin mount is pretty good just have to apply a little heat with a heat gun or hair blower if your having issues of it sticking.. I use it for my ace pro and it's heavier than the gopro. I'm pretty surprised how strong it is tbh.

WindGuard Pro (Wind Muff for GoPro Hero 9/10/11/12/13)

Works extremely well!

I was skeptical at first, but for under $20, I gave it a shot. It arrived 2 days ago and Oh boy does it deliver! Now my go pro can make videos that don't have to be muted and music added to them before sharing them. It doesn't completely eliminate wind noise in some circumstances, but even then, it drastically reduces the wind noise and takes out the harshness of it. So if you're tired of ear splitting wind noise in your action cam videos, do yourself a favor and buy this. I made a video on YouTube yesterday about this.
