Processing Time: Orders are processed Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Processing typically takes 1-2 business days. Some orders may be processed on the same day they are received.

Shipping Time: Shipping timelines depend on the method selected by the customer at checkout. All delivery timelines are quoted in business days (Saturday, Sunday, and holidays are not business days).

APO/FPO Addresses: Shipping timelines do not apply to orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.

Order Changes: We cannot make changes to orders once they have been fulfilled and/or shipped. To ensure proper delivery, please double-check and ensure your address is entered correctly with all relevant information.

Responsibility for Address Accuracy: We do not take responsibility for incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided at the time of purchase. Please make sure you provide us with your correct shipping address. If you need to change the address on your order, please contact us at info@chinmounts.com before it ships.

Order Cancellation: Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Non-refundable Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. For items returned due to undeliverable addresses or Customs issues, refunds will be issued for the item(s) net price minus the shipping charge upon return.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team at info@chinmounts.com within 7 days of delivery. We will promptly address and resolve the issue.
Responsibility for Lost or Stolen Packages:

International Shipping:

Customs and VAT fees are not covered by Chin Mounts and are the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order, you agree to pay any Customs and VAT fees that may occur.

Using DHL/UPS Express may entail extra processing fees. Please contact your local DHL/UPS for information on potential fees.

Failure to pay outstanding Duties & Taxes may result in shipment destruction, rendering you ineligible for a refund. We do not guarantee return of shipments with unpaid Duties & Taxes by local postal services.
