So I had originally gotten a chin mount for a pista but ended up selling the helmet and didn’t need the mount anymore. Chin mount told me I could return it, I returned it through USPS, however USPS lost my package or someone stole it and couldn’t retrieve my tracking number for whatever reason from them, and chin mount was super professional and patient with me. After a couple months this issue was still unresolved so they offered me store credit for my purchase, and this was honestly amazing, I wanted to just get a new mount for my k1s anyways so it worked out. It has survived my crashes and holds up my GoPro so well! I am so thankful for chin mounts being so patient with me and giving me 100/10 customer service, yes 100 out of 10, heck this is the most amazing company ever fr. Not to mention shipping time for my new mount came in literally 3 days after ordering. They are fast and efficient, I will forever be chin mount supporter.
